Why it matters

One missing program can cost you a fine, or the job.

OSHA requires written programs for hazards like chemicals, energy control, respiratory protection and emergencies. A single serious violation can carry a penalty of more than $16,000, and the amounts are adjusted every year (OSHA penalty schedule).

Larger clients and general contractors increasingly screen subcontractors through platforms like ISNetworld and Avetta before they can bid. If your written programs are missing or out of date, you can be locked out of work you are fully qualified to do.

We write the documents, tailor them to your company and keep them current, so you can get back to running jobs.

About

Built in Alaska, where safety is not optional

DH Keystone Consulting brings more than 20 years of combined experience in fire service, emergency medical services, law enforcement and occupational safety. Our background is in the field, not behind a desk: responding to emergencies, investigating incidents and building the programs that keep crews from becoming the next call.

Alaska is one of the most demanding places in the country to work. Extreme cold, long hours of darkness, remote job sites hundreds of miles from the nearest hospital, and weather that can shut down a road or runway without warning. In conditions like these, a safety program has to do more than satisfy an auditor. It has to work when help is hours away.

That is the standard we bring to every client, wherever you operate.

  • Fire, EMS and law enforcement experience applied to workplace safety
  • Programs written for real hazards and real response times, not boilerplate
  • Plain-language documents your crews will actually read and follow
  • Built to meet OSHA, provincial and prequalification platform requirements

A keystone is the stone that holds an arch together. A well-built safety program does the same for your company.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with companies in Canada?

Yes. For Canadian companies, programs are written to the occupational health and safety requirements of your province or territory rather than US OSHA rules.

How long does a project take?

A single program usually takes 3 to 5 business days. A complete safety manual or prequalification package usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your information.

Do I have to get on the phone?

No. Everything can be handled by email and online forms. If you'd rather talk something through, a video call is always available.

Will this guarantee I pass an OSHA inspection or audit?

No consultant can guarantee that. Our programs are written to meet the applicable written-program requirements for your operation. Your company is responsible for training employees and following the programs on the job.

Can I edit the documents later?

Yes. You own the final documents and receive editable Word files along with PDFs.

Does the AI receptionist sound like a robot?

No. It uses a natural-sounding voice and is set up with your business details, services and hours. Callers can always leave a message for you.
